Iutembi celebrates 40th graduation, awarding degrees to 38 new professionals in Carora

The "Mario Briceño Iragorry" University Institute of Technology (Iutembi) celebrated its 40th graduation ceremony in Carora, Venezuela, conferring degrees upon 38 new Higher University Technicians (TSU). The event marked a significant milestone for the institution, which has been dedicated to academic training in the region for 22 years.

The solemn ceremony took place at the Alirio Díaz Theater, filled with enthusiasm from the Carora community. Academic authorities, including subdirector Héctor Colina Valero and coordinators Zonia Medina and Yenni Jerez, were present. Engelber Sierra was recognized for achieving the highest academic average and served as the class orator.

Graduates specialized in seven active fields: Tourism, Marketing, Accounting, Integral Education, Initial Education, Social Work, and Informatics. Accounting saw the largest cohort with 22 graduates, followed by Marketing with 11. The institute is also exploring new academic offerings to expand its programs in the near future.

Héctor Colina Valero expressed his satisfaction with the event and the warm reception from the Carora community, highlighting the pride in seeing graduates succeed both nationally and internationally. He emphasized the graduates' resilience in pursuing professional growth despite current challenges in Venezuela, underscoring the institution's expanding prestige.
