Ivana Figueiras speaks out amid family conflict and legal complaint

Ivana Figueiras has broken her silence after facing a legal complaint for alleged harassment from Natalí Pietra, the current partner of her ex-husband Tomás Guarracino and father of her daughter.

Figueiras stated she was "desperate" when she made a leaked audio recording criticizing Pietra, explaining it occurred after her daughter Suri returned from school "completely unwell." According to Figueiras, Suri recounted that her father had recorded her the previous night expressing discomfort with Pietra.

I was having an anxiety crisis that I don't think I've ever felt in my life. That audio is from last year. My daughter arrived from school completely unwell; I was in the bathroom and she started telling me that the night before, her father had recorded her in her room when she was about to go to sleep.

Figueiras alleges that Pietra then confronted Suri, causing her distress. She believes the audio recording was intentionally leaked by Guarracino to cause her problems. "He's a coward and a petty man because yesterday's audio was directed at him, and coincidentally, he played the audio where I falter," Figueiras said, her voice breaking.

Visibly upset, Figueiras emphasized that her daughter's well-being is paramount and denied any intention to exploit the situation for personal gain. She questioned Pietra's actions, asking why she would approach her home and not even lower her car window to greet Suri on her birthday. Figueiras also highlighted her role as a single mother since her separation, stating she supported Guarracino financially and emotionally when they first met.
