IVE's agency, Starship Entertainment, has announced a firm stance against the creation and dissemination of malicious online posts targeting member Jang Won-young. The company stated on June 18 that it is continuously monitoring and pursuing legal action against such activities.

According to the agency, investigations have confirmed that legal proceedings are in progress to identify suspects and collect evidence for ongoing lawsuits. This includes warrant procedures to obtain subscriber information for domestic platforms like Naver Blog and DC Inside, as well as international cooperation efforts to identify perpetrators on overseas platforms such as X (formerly Twitter).
