Jamnica plus invests 3 million euros in logistics and sustainable packaging

Jamnica plus has significantly boosted its logistics and sustainable packaging capabilities with a 3 million euro investment in 2026. The company allocated 1.4 million euros to modernize its distribution and warehousing infrastructure, acquiring new trucks, advanced forklifts, and communication devices. These upgrades are designed to improve the flow of goods, increase warehouse productivity, enhance customer service, and create better working conditions for employees.

A substantial 1.6 million euros was dedicated to reusable packaging, including new glass bottles and crates for multiple uses. This investment underscores Jamnica plus's commitment to a circular economy, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization within the beverage industry. This focus on reusable packaging is a continuation of the company's multi-year investment cycle aimed at bolstering its logistics and sustainability efforts.

Ivan Kozina, director of supply chain management for Jamnica plus and Fortenova Group's beverage division, highlighted the company's continuous investment in key areas for long-term competitiveness. He stated that this year's investments simultaneously strengthen operational capacities and support the circular model of packaging use, which has been integral to Jamnica's business for decades. The company aims to maintain its market position while advancing operational excellence and sustainable business practices.
