Jetour G700 2026 SUV Launches in Mexico with Hybrid Power and Off-Road Capabilities

Jetour, a Chinese automotive brand, has introduced its new G700 2026 SUV to the Mexican market, aiming to capture a share of the premium off-road vehicle segment. The company emphasizes offering luxury and comfort alongside new mobility alternatives.

The G700 2026 is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system, combining a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with two electric motors. This setup produces a combined output of 892 horsepower and 837 lb-ft of torque, enabling the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds. Its 34.1 kWh battery provides an electric-only range of 100 km, with a combined fuel efficiency of 53.87 km/l.

Drivers can select from seven distinct driving modes, Eco, Normal, Sport, Snow, Mud, Sand, Rocks, and X-Mart, and five specialized off-road settings: Wading, Drifting, Expert, Racing, and U-Turn. These options are designed to customize the driving experience across various terrains. Exterior features include 20-inch aluminum wheels, electric side steps, and LED matrix lighting, with five body color options available.

Inside, the Jetour G700 boasts premium comfort and technology. Both the first and second rows feature "Zero Gravity" seats with heating, ventilation, and massage functions, upholstered in Nappa leather. The third row also includes power-adjustable Nappa leather seats. The cabin is enhanced by a 35.4-inch panoramic display, a 15.6-inch central console, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an 18-speaker Lexicon by Harman audio system. Additional amenities include a panoramic sunroof and tri-zone automatic climate control with an internal aromatization system.

The top-tier Wild Diamond version adds adaptive air suspension, automatic parking assist, front and rear sunroofs, a 17.3-inch rear entertainment center, and electric steering wheel adjustment with memory. The G700 is available in two trims: Wild and Wild Diamond, with pricing subject to dealer promotions.
