Jürgen Klopp: Advisor denies reports of release by Red Bull

Media reports have circulated suggesting that Jürgen Klopp, a potential candidate for the German national football team's coaching position, has been released by his current employer, Red Bull, without any preconditions.

However, Klopp's advisor, Marc Kosicke, has officially denied these reports in a statement to the Sport-Informations-Dienst (SID). This contradicts claims made by pay-TV broadcaster Sky and the Bild newspaper, which had reported that Red Bull would waive all demands on the German Football Association (DFB).

Previously, it was uncertain whether Klopp would remain associated with Red Bull as a brand ambassador even after taking on a role with the DFB, as his contract with Red Bull extends until 2029. The DFB itself has stated that it will not comment on the current negotiation status with Jürgen Klopp, adding that a final decision rests with the relevant committees.

According to the earlier reports, Klopp was expected to sign a contract with the DFB until 2030 and be officially presented as early as Friday. The specific terms were reportedly to be finalized after the World Cup final on Sunday.
