Kaohsiung's Love River park nears completion, aiming to set waterside living standard

Kaohsiung is nearing the completion of its Love River riverside park, with the final construction phase expected to finish by the end of the year. City Councilor Chang Po-yang recently inspected the site, expressing his hope that the newly developed water corridor will serve as a prime example of waterside living for the city.

The Love River riverside park project, officially known as the Love River Riverside Water Environment Improvement Plan, is a significant urban development initiative. The last remaining construction zone is located at the border of Sanmin and Zuoying districts. Its completion will mark a major milestone in transforming the riverbanks into a vibrant public space.

Following heavy rainfall, Councilor Chang visited the area to assess the progress and the park's readiness.
