Kayseri Foundations Regional Directorate: Tender for Construction Project

The Directorate of Foundations in Kayseri, under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, has issued a tender announcement for a "Build-Operate-Transfer" (Kat Karşılığı İnşaat Yapım İşi) construction project. The tender concerns a foundation-owned property located in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri.

The property, identified as parcel 9 on block 7112, spans 7,679.22 square meters and is designated as land for development. The project, approved by the Foundations Board, requires the construction of a minimum of 37 independent units: 27 residential units and 10 commercial shops, based on a preliminary approved architectural project.

In addition to the construction, the winning bidder must make a cash payment of 5,000 Turkish Lira to the foundation. Other conditions include reflecting any improvements in zoning status in the foundation's share, voluntarily relinquishing parts of the parcel required for building permits if they do not exceed 45% of the total area, and covering all costs associated with the construction, permits, taxes, and safety measures. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing a management plan in accordance with the Condominium Law.
