Kazakhstan bets on Morocco to expand grain exports to Africa

Kazakhstan is looking to Morocco as a key partner to boost its grain exports to Africa, seeking to expand agricultural and trade cooperation between the two nations. Aselkhan Dzhuvashyev, Chairman of the Board of the National Company KazAgro, expressed this ambition during a Kazakh-Moroccan Business Council meeting held in Casablanca.

Dzhuvashyev highlighted that Kazakh agricultural producers are eager to tap into new markets. Morocco's strategic location and established trade networks are seen as crucial for facilitating the flow of Kazakh grain into the wider African continent. This move signifies Kazakhstan's efforts to diversify its export destinations and strengthen its position in the global grain market.

The discussions in Casablanca, attended by officials and business leaders from both countries, focused on identifying opportunities for collaboration.
