Kerala Governor Arlekar Rushes to Aid Man Who Fell Unconscious Near Lok Bhavan

Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar demonstrated prompt action on Wednesday, rushing to the aid of a passerby who collapsed and lost consciousness near the Lok Bhavan. The incident occurred as the Governor was departing his official residence for Onam-related celebrations.

Witnessing the man, later identified as Girish, suddenly fall to the ground, Governor Arlekar immediately exited his vehicle. He assessed the situation and stayed with Girish while instructing his staff to provide necessary medical assistance. Reports indicate Girish had become unwell due to elevated sugar levels.

Governor Arlekar's staff quickly provided water and washed Girish's face. They also contacted his family using his phone, but they were not nearby. Concerned about Girish's condition, the Governor directed that he be taken to a hospital for a health check-up to prevent any worsening of his state, ensuring all arrangements were made for his transport.
