KGM showcases electric vehicle lineup at EV Trend Korea 2026

KGM is showcasing its range of eco-friendly electric vehicles at the EV Trend Korea 2026 exhibition, held from March 25-27 at COEX in Seoul. The company is presenting three key models: the Musso EV, Torres EVX, and Actyon Hybrid, under the theme 'KGM's EV Lifestyle'.

The exhibition aims to allow visitors to experience the practicality and versatility of KGM's electrified vehicles through purchase consultations and hands-on programs. A notable feature is the 'V2L Popcorn Station,' which demonstrates the Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability, enabling visitors to experience electric vehicle technology in an everyday context.

The Musso EV, considered a core model in KGM's electrification strategy, combines the economic benefits of an electric vehicle with the cargo capacity of a pickup truck and the ride comfort of an SUV. It features an advanced battery management system (BMS) for enhanced safety and a practical interior with features like 2-row sliding and reclining seats.

The Torres EVX is designed for leisure activities such as camping and car camping, offering ample space. Its outdoor V2L function allows the vehicle to serve as a power source for outdoor activities, extending its utility beyond transportation. In the hybrid market, KGM is highlighting the Actyon Hybrid, which utilizes a Dual Tech Hybrid system and an e-DHT dedicated hybrid transmission. This system allows for nine different driving modes, including EV, HEV, and engine drive, optimizing performance and fuel efficiency, particularly in urban driving by prioritizing EV mode.

KGM is also offering a test drive program in conjunction with the exhibition. Visitors can drive the Musso EV on a roughly 3-kilometer route near COEX to experience its driving performance and features firsthand. A KGM representative expressed hope that the exhibition provides an opportunity for visitors to experience models that suit their lifestyles.
