Khamenei asserted that the U.S. has repeatedly violated the agreement, branding American actions as inseparable from "bullying, hegemonic ambition, and savagery." He accused the "Great Satan" of seeking to ignite further conflict and impose greater costs and disgrace upon itself.

In a direct warning to the U.S., Khamenei declared that the "noble Iranian nation and the Axis of Resistance" have "unforgettable lessons" in store. He pointed to the recent "bravery of the fighters of Islam and the courage of the people of the southern region" as examples of these lessons.
