South Korean golfer Kim Joo-hyung concluded the PGA Tour's John Deere Classic in a tie for 46th place. He finished the tournament at TPC Deere Run with a final score of 9-under-par 274 after shooting an even-par 71 in the final round, which included three birdies and three bogeys.

This result has impacted Kim's standing in the FedEx Cup rankings, where he fell one spot to 58th. With the PGA Tour playoffs approaching, Kim must secure a position within the top 70 to qualify for the first playoff event, the FedEx St. Jude Championship.

The John Deere Classic title was claimed by American golfer Chris Gotterup, who carded a final-round 9-under-par 62 to finish at 20-under-par 264. He edged out fellow American Max Homa by one stroke. This victory marks Gotterup's third win of the season and earns him a prize of $1.58 million.

Meanwhile, Im Sung-jae also struggled in the final round, losing five strokes to finish in a tie for 71st place at 3-under-par 281. His FedEx Cup ranking is now 60th.
