Kim Won-hoon teases Ji Suk-jin about age on 'Running Man,' sparking rivalry

A playful age-related jab has sparked a humorous rivalry between comedian Kim Won-hoon and veteran entertainer Ji Suk-jin on the SBS variety show 'Running Man.' The latest episode features a "Will You Do It? Or Not?" themed race, where cast members' choices impact their rewards and even their departure times.

The friction began when Ji Suk-jin commented that Kim Won-hoon looked older than another cast member, Yang Se-chan. Kim Won-hoon retorted with a sharp, "You're still alive?" This remark visibly affected Ji Suk-jin, who recently celebrated his 60th birthday, much to the amusement of the other cast members.

Their comedic sparring continued throughout the day. During travel segments, they engaged in mock physical altercations and childish arguments, turning the filming location into a comedy stage. This playful antagonism extended to a 2-on-2 dodgeball mission, where the two were tethered together by a rope. Even before the game started, they used practice throws as an excuse to playfully hurl dodgeballs at each other.

'Running Man,' which has been airing since 2010, is one of South Korea's longest-running variety shows. The current cast includes Yoo Jae-suk, Ji Suk-jin, Kim Jong-kook, Haha, Yang Se-chan, Song Ji-hyo, and Jeon So-min. The episode featuring Kim Won-hoon's "Will You Do It?
