KMAC Begins Full-Scale Support for AI Transformation at Hyundai Motor and Kia Parts Suppliers, Training About 900 Workers

Korea Management Association Consulting, or KMAC, is moving into full-scale support for artificial intelligence transformation at parts suppliers to Hyundai Motor and Kia, with plans to train about 900 practical workers this year.

KMAC said on the 4th that it will participate as a consortium partner in the automakers' AI-focused joint training center. Its work will cover course development, on-site assessments, problem-solving projects, and the sharing of results.

The program targets employees of Hyundai Motor and Kia's first- and second-tier suppliers. This year's customized training will focus on quality-related roles and will use dedicated GPC infrastructure across three areas: classroom AI education, project-based learning to solve workplace problems, and the spread of an AI transformation culture.

The classroom program will include six courses, from introductory material to on-site application. KMAC will also provide consulting and follow-up mentoring to 10 selected high-performing suppliers, while monthly AX LIVE seminars and performance-sharing forums will present AI transformation cases from manufacturing sites.
