Korean Air to Showcase Advanced Aviation Tech at NextRise 2026 Expo

Korean Air is set to showcase its cutting-edge aviation technologies at 'NextRise 2026,' an expo for startups and technology held in Seoul.

The company announced its participation in the event, which runs from June 18-19 at COEX, emphasizing its goal to foster collaboration and share technological advancements with venture and small businesses. NextRise, now in its eighth year, is co-hosted by the Korea Development Bank and the Korea International Trade Association, focusing on business-specific opportunities like investment attraction and open innovation between large corporations and startups.

At the expo, Korean Air will highlight three key areas of future aviation technology: intelligent air traffic control, autonomous piloting for future combat systems, and intelligent maintenance, including smart MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul). The intelligent control segment will feature an integrated control solution developed by Korean Air, leveraging its extensive aviation transport expertise.
