KSW Launches Park Soo-hong Model Wallpaper 'GranD', Aggressively Targeting Premium Market

Wallpaper company KSW has officially launched 'GranD,' a new premium wallpaper line featuring television personality Park Soo-hong as its model. The company is aggressively targeting the premium wallpaper market with this new product.

GranD distinguishes itself by using a high-quality non-woven fabric for all its products, a material reportedly about 70% more expensive than standard paper fabric. KSW is promoting the wallpaper's key competitive advantages: its soft and flexible texture, seamless joint finishes, ease of ceiling installation, reduced application time, and a highly durable surface.

Unlike conventional paper-based wallpapers, GranD is less affected by moisture and adhesive. This characteristic enhances application stability. The wallpaper is designed to improve workability during actual wallpapering tasks, including alignment, fitting, corner treatments, and ceiling installations. It allows for a clean finish with inconspicuous seams by ensuring stable joint alignment.

Master wallpaper installer Lee Jin-hee, who applied GranD to Park Soo-hong's residence on April 30, praised the product. He noted its soft texture, pleasant embossed feel, and the clean, unobtrusive seams achieved after application with a roller.
