KT's struggles are particularly evident in their pitching, which has been a weak point throughout June. Their team ERA for the month was 5.64, the second-highest in the league, indicating significant difficulties in preventing opponents from scoring.

While the Wiz boast one of the league's top offenses, led by players like Choi Won-joon and consistently strong performances from Kim Hyun-soo and Sam Hilliard, their pitching staff has been unable to match this offensive output. Even with the league's premier closer, Park Young-hyun, the bullpen's ERA ranks third-highest in the league. Pitchers Son Dong-hyun and Han Seung-hyuk have shown particular struggles in June, and the frequent use of other bullpen arms is raising concerns about overall fatigue.
