Kuwait Areas to Face Reduced Water Supply Wednesday Due to Maintenance

Several areas in Kuwait will experience reduced water supply on Wednesday, July 8, due to scheduled maintenance work. The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy has alerted residents in Riqqa, Fahad Al-Ahmad, and Sabahiya about potential disruptions to their water flow.

The maintenance is set to take place on Al-Ghous Street, beginning at 8:00 p.m. and is expected to last for eight hours. During this period, citizens in the affected neighborhoods may notice a decrease in water pressure and supply.

The ministry has requested the patience and cooperation of the public during the maintenance. This work is part of ongoing efforts to ensure and enhance the reliability of the country's water distribution network. Residents facing water emergencies or outages during the maintenance window are advised to contact the ministry's emergency hotline at 152 for assistance.
