Kuwait Sea Sports Club approves administrative and financial reports

The Kuwait Sea Sports Club's Ordinary General Assembly convened and unanimously approved key reports and plans, signaling a commitment to continued development and member services. The assembly gave its endorsement to the administrative and financial reports covering the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2026. This approval signifies transparency and accountability in the club's operations over the past year.

Furthermore, the General Assembly sanctioned the Board of Directors' proposed activities for the upcoming 2026-2027 fiscal year. This forward-looking plan outlines the club's strategic direction and initiatives for the next operational period. In addition to approving the plans, the assembly granted the Board the authority to select an external auditor from a list of submitted bids, a crucial step in maintaining financial oversight and integrity.

The meeting, chaired by Club President Fahad Al-Fahad, met the necessary quorum with the presence of key officials including Secretary-General Khaled Al-Foudari and Treasurer Faisal Al-Qusair. In his remarks, Al-Fahad emphasized the Board's dedication to providing top-tier services and fostering a positive environment for members. He also highlighted the club's ambition to elevate its standing and actively engage in national, sporting, and social activities.

Al-Fahad also pointed to the successes of the club's teams and athletes in various marine and water sports competitions at international, continental, and local levels. He expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Public Authority for Sports, the Kuwait Olympic Committee, and other supporting entities. The approval of the electoral committee's formation was also a significant outcome of the assembly, ensuring the club's governance structure remains robust.
