Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Chef Over Alleged Abusive Working Conditions, Miscarriage

Kylie Jenner faces a new legal challenge as a former personal chef has filed a lawsuit accusing the reality TV star and businesswoman of creating extreme working conditions that allegedly resulted in a miscarriage.

The lawsuit, lodged with the Superior Court of Los Angeles, claims the chef was subjected to grueling 11 to 12-hour workdays and physically strenuous tasks, such as lifting heavy boxes and food items. According to the plaintiff, these conditions persisted despite her informing Jenner of her pregnancy and the need for accommodations.

One particularly distressing incident cited in the legal filing occurred in February 2025 during a birthday party for Jenner's son, Aire. The chef, then five months pregnant, reportedly requested assistance with her duties but was denied. Following the event, she experienced severe exhaustion and a subsequent hemorrhage, leading to hospitalization where she learned her baby had no heartbeat. The lawsuit further alleges that after reporting the tragic event, she faced criticism for her work performance.

This marks the third labor-related lawsuit filed against Jenner within a two-month period. Previous legal actions include claims of discrimination based on national origin, race, and religion, as well as accusations of a hostile work environment and labor law violations.

Representatives for Kylie Jenner have not yet issued a public statement regarding this latest lawsuit.
