Kyrgyz lawmaker Bolot Ibragimov has called for consistent road safety measures, arguing that the high security seen during official visits should be the norm, not the exception. Speaking at a Jogorku Kenesh session, Ibragimov pointed to the recent visits of SCO interior ministers and other delegations, where he observed a high level of security.
