Kyrgyzstan orders measures to ensure stable fuel and lubricant supply

Kyrgyzstan's Cabinet Chairman Adylbek Kasymaliev has ordered measures to prevent disruptions in the supply of fuel and lubricants within the country. The directive came after a meeting focused on the critical issue of petroleum product availability.

During the meeting, participants, including heads of relevant government agencies, reviewed the current state of the domestic market, import volumes, strategies for stockpiling, tariff regulations, and the provision of state subsidies. Reports were presented on the progress of planned measures aimed at ensuring supply stability.

Following the discussions, Kasymaliev emphasized the need for an uninterrupted supply of petroleum products. He mandated strengthened market monitoring to quickly identify and address any potential shortages or price volatility. Additionally, he called for the acceleration of modernization efforts for domestic oil refineries to enhance their capacity and efficiency.
