Kyrgyzstan's "Beles-Resort" Tourist Complex to Open by Independence Day

The "Beles-Resort" tourist complex, under construction in the Beles gorge near Sulyukta, is on track for its grand opening. Mamyrzhan Rakhimov, the presidential envoy for Kyrgyzstan's Batken region, recently inspected the construction site to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.

Rakhimov emphasized the importance of timely completion and high-quality work for the resort. He stated that the complex's opening is scheduled to coincide with Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day. The project aims to significantly boost tourism in Sulyukta and the wider Batken region.

Funding for the "Beles-Resort" includes 120 million soms from the national budget and an additional 4 million soms from the local budget, as part of the Batken region's development program. The total estimated cost of the project is 500 million soms. The resort will feature accommodation, dining facilities, recreational areas, and spaces for sports and cultural events, designed to provide comprehensive amenities for visitors.

Furthermore, Rakhimov urged local administrators to develop and implement similar tourism projects across the region. He indicated that promising proposals would be considered for financial support, signaling a broader commitment to regional tourism development. Local authorities are encouraged to actively pursue initiatives that enhance the area's appeal to tourists.
