Kyrgyzstan tops the medal table at the 2026 World Nomad Games

Kyrgyzstan finished the VI World Nomad Games at the top of the medal table after its athletes won 72 medals.

The Kyrgyz team collected 30 gold medals, 29 silver medals and 13 bronze medals. Kazakhstan took second place with 64 medals, including 29 gold, 16 silver and 19 bronze.

Russia finished third with 34 medals, made up of seven gold, seven silver and 20 bronze. Iran and Uzbekistan completed the top five. Iran won 15 medals, including four gold, three silver and eight bronze, while Uzbekistan earned 20, with three gold, five silver and 12 bronze.

Mongolia placed sixth with 23 medals. Turkmenistan won 11 and Tajikistan five. Moldova, Ghana, France and South Korea each won one gold medal. China, Georgia, Hungary, Poland, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Saudi Arabia collected silver and bronze medals but no gold.

Medals also went to athletes from Pakistan, Canada, Bulgaria, Spain, Uganda, Afghanistan, Japan, Togo, Latvia and Türkiye. The final standings included 29 countries.
