Kyrgyzstan Weather: Abnormal Heatwave to Continue on July 20th

Kyrgyzstan is bracing for another day of extreme heat on July 20th, as weather forecasts predict the continuation of abnormal temperatures across the country. No rainfall is expected, adding to the dry conditions.

The capital city, Bishkek, will experience a warm night with temperatures around +25°C, followed by a scorching daytime high of +42°C. Residents are advised to take precautions against the intense heat.

Similar conditions are forecast for other major regions. The Chuy Oblast can expect nighttime temperatures of +22°C and daytime highs reaching +42°C. The southern Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken Oblasts will see nighttime temperatures of +23°C, with daytime highs also climbing to +42°C. In contrast, the Naryn Oblast will be cooler, with nighttime temperatures around +12°C and daytime highs of +34°C. The Issyk-Kul region will experience nighttime temperatures of +15°C and daytime highs of +33°C, while the Talas Oblast will have nighttime temperatures of +17°C and daytime highs of +39°C.
