LASTMA inducts WAPA perm sec as mayor

In a move designed to foster greater synergy between government agencies, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has appointed Rianat Onigbanjo, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, as a LASTMA Mayor. The induction ceremony, which included Onigbanjo's formal decoration, also featured the presentation of an operational manual. This manual is intended to serve as a crucial tool for communication, providing essential contact details for zonal heads and official lines for reporting traffic-related issues. LASTMA officials briefed Onigbanjo on the agency's operational framework, emphasizing how she can effectively utilize the provided communication channels to support traffic management efforts and bolster road safety awareness.
