Kadri Piho, an Estonian entrepreneur who previously worked in the startup sector, made a dramatic life change in the spring of 2020. As the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe, she sold her home in Tallinn's Kalamaja district and moved with her husband to her husband's parents' home in Võrumaa, a rural region in southeastern Estonia.
