Lele Pons is embarking on a renewed commitment to her fitness journey, sharing her post-partum "Day 1" of exercise more than a year after welcoming her daughter. The influencer and host took to social media to post before-and-after photos of her body, candidly admitting to struggles with consistency in her self-care routine since giving birth.

"Today I start the process and the routine to recover the physical condition I had before pregnancy," Pons wrote alongside the images. "I have been very inconsistent with body care after giving birth; some months I try harder than others, but I have never committed to the fullest."

Pons acknowledged that her body has changed significantly since pregnancy but emphasized her resolve to work towards a version of herself that makes her feel good, both physically and healthily. "Although my body has changed a lot, that does not mean I cannot return to my best version, both physically and healthily. It is a long road, but THE TIME HAS COME! DAY 1!!!" she declared.

Pons and Puerto Rican singer Guaynaa (Jean Carlos Santiago) welcomed their first child, Eloísa, in July 2025, two years after their March 2023 wedding in Miami. The couple has shared glimpses of their life as parents since their daughter's arrival, adapting to this new chapter together. Their relationship began in 2020 after a musical collaboration, leading to their public romance, marriage, and now, a family.
