LG Energy Solution to showcase AI data center battery solutions at ees Europe 2026

LG Energy Solution is set to participate in the 'ees Europe 2026' exhibition, a specialized trade fair for batteries and energy storage systems, held in Munich, Germany, from June 23 to 25.

Under the theme 'Powering the Future of AI,' the company plans to present integrated battery solutions tailored for AI data centers. This includes a range of products designed to meet the significant power demands of these facilities, such as battery energy storage systems (BESS) for power grids, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and battery backup units (BBU).

Central to their display will be the 'JF2S DC LINK 5.0' system, which utilizes 'JF2S' lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells produced at their plant in Wroclaw, Poland. This showcases their local production capabilities, covering everything from cell manufacturing to system supply within Europe.

LG Energy Solution will also address cybersecurity concerns by detailing their approach to sourcing key electrical and electronic components from certified vendors and applying the latest security regulations to mitigate hacking threats. Additionally, they will unveil the next-generation 'JP6 UPS Rack' system and high-performance '2170 BBU' for servers, crucial for preventing operational downtime during power outages.

The company will also demonstrate its preparedness for evolving European battery regulations, including a 'Battery Passport' system that digitally manages lifecycle information from production to use and recycling. By leveraging this system and their established European supply chain, LG Energy Solution aims to expand its business opportunities in the European market.
