A heated political exchange has ignited over legislator Su Chiao-hui's actions during a legislative session concerning a food safety scandal involving contaminated oil. Li Ssu-chuan's campaign office, led by director Chiang Yi-chen, accused Su of abandoning her duty to question Health Minister Shih Chung-liang during a special report by the legislative "Health and Welfare Committee."

The campaign office of Li Ssu-chuan questioned Su Chiao-hui, who, in the Legislative Yuan's 'Health and Welfare Committee' meeting, gave up questioning Health Minister Shih Chung-liang and supervising food safety.

Chiang alleged that Su's perceived inaction allowed the contaminated oil scandal to persist, with the Executive Yuan's intervention causing delays in addressing the issue. "You haven't even fulfilled your basic duties, so what right do you have to talk about taking responsibility together?" Chiang questioned, implying Su was not adequately supervising her own party's administration.
