Lieutenants propose to partners during Officer's Waltz at Bishkek graduation

During the Officer's Waltz at a graduation ceremony in Bishkek, four young lieutenants surprised their loved ones by proposing marriage. The event, held on June 20th on Turdakuna Usenaliev Square, celebrated the graduation of cadets from the Military Institute of the Armed Forces and their conferral of first officer ranks.

According to the educational institution, seven cadets completed their studies with honors this year. Among them, three were recognized with the President of Kyrgyzstan's scholarship, highlighting their academic excellence. The ceremony involved the presentation of diplomas and the awarding of the initial military rank of lieutenant to the graduates.
