Ligue 2 Championship Final Referees Announced

Houssem Ben Sassi has been appointed to referee the Ligue 2 football championship final. The match will pit PS Sakiet Eddaier against ES Hammam-Sousse this Friday in Monastir. The National Arbitration Directorate announced the decision on Wednesday.

Ben Sassi will be supported by a team of assistant referees. Mohamed Amine Mensi will serve as the first assistant, with Mohamed Ali Derouiche as the second assistant. Anouar Akrouti has been assigned as the fourth official for the crucial match.

This final determines the champion of the professional second division. Notably, both PS Sakiet Eddaier and ES Hammam-Sousse have already secured their promotion to Ligue 1 for the upcoming season. The battle for the third and final promotion ticket will take place on Saturday in Sousse, where CS Hammam-Lif will face Stade Gabésien in a playoff final.
