France forward Bradley Barcola described his experience playing with the national team as incredibly enjoyable, likening the team's on-field synergy to "being in the neighborhood." The 22-year-old, who has scored two goals in the World Cup, faced the media two days before France's round of 16 match against Paraguay.

Barcola emphasized the collective spirit of the French squad, stating, "We attack, we defend together, you can only take pleasure from it. It's an honor to play with such great players." He explained that coach Didier Deschamps instructs him to interchange positions with teammates, moving into the center when Kylian Mbappé plays on the left. "I try to go where there is space. We take so much pleasure playing together, it's like we are in the neighborhood. We take the ball and see what happens," Barcola said.

Despite widespread praise for the French team's offensive prowess, Barcola dismissed any notion of overconfidence. "We try to stay focused, we don't listen to everything that is said," he stated. "It's true that since I arrived in the national team, this is the team in which I take the most pleasure."
