Lince officers foil armed robbery attempt at Las Garzas mini-market

Three men were detained in Las Garzas after Lince motorcycle police arrived at a mini-market in response to an alert about an alleged armed robbery.

The officers reached the establishment within minutes and stopped the suspected robbery, according to Panama’s National Police. They seized two firearms, technological equipment and cash during the operation.

The suspects and the seized items will be placed at the disposal of the competent authorities, which will determine the men’s responsibilities in the case. Police urged residents to report suspicious activity promptly, saying the rapid response prevented the robbery from being completed.
