Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Telegram that buildings were struck in the Podilsky and Obolonsky districts. He added that approximately 140,000 residents in the northern part of the city lost electricity due to the attacks. The head of the local military administration, Timour Tkatchenko, confirmed one injury so far and stated that seven districts were targeted.

Further east, the city of Kharkiv also suffered from missile strikes, with its regional administration head, Oleg Synegoubov, reporting two serious injuries in the Kholodnogirsky district.
