Look-alike of retired host Chang Fei surprises TV crew on set

The popular Taiwanese variety show "Variety Big Brother" recently filmed an episode at the "Zhu Hu Hua Shan Temple" in Luzhu, Kaohsiung. Host Hu Gua introduced a new game called "Knee-Wobbling Fun" (天天笑膝膝), designed to challenge contestants' leg and knee strength as a tribute to the historical figure Ming Ningjing Wang (Zhu Shigui).

The first game, "How Much Water is Left in the Knees?" required participants to transport cups of water tied to their knees to the finish line. Hu Gua demonstrated the game with a peculiar yet elegant posture to prevent spills, drawing laughter from the audience. Upon reaching the end, he showcased his agility by emptying the cup completely with a high leg lift, impressing onlookers.

The second game, "Fun of Sucking Money Step by Step," tested participants' ability to use a clamp to hit gold bricks. When contestant Lan Lan demonstrated, she requested music and spontaneously turned the game into a lively dance session. She even pulled participating mothers into an impromptu "senior girl group," creating a vibrant atmosphere.

During a classic water game called "Luzhu One-Day Tour," teams representing celebrities and audience members playfully sabotaged each other, leading to continuous comedic moments.

Midway through the games, the sound of motorcycles approached, drawing everyone's attention. Hu Gua, upon closer inspection, spotted a man riding a Harley-Davidson who bore a striking resemblance to his retired mentor, Chang Fei. Believing it was the legendary host who had traveled from Hualien to Kaohsiung to visit the set, Hu Gua expressed concern over the long journey and excitedly led the crew to greet him.

However, upon approaching the rider, it was revealed that he was merely a spectator with an uncanny resemblance to Chang Fei. The man's features and signature demeanor were so similar to the retired host that it was described as a "perfect copy." The revelation left the initially excited Hu Gua and the entire cast stunned, providing an unexpected and humorous twist to the day's filming.
