Luxury Seoul Development Builds a Social Life for Buyers Before Move-In

Before residents move into Le El Upper House, the luxury Seoul development is trying to build connections among its buyers through lectures, cultural experiences and social gatherings.

Lotte Engineering & Construction said it is operating The Owners Exclusive for purchasers of the project in Heonin Village, Seocho District. The program is designed to encourage communication among buyers and offer cultural activities before the development opens.

Its Owners Lecture Series, held at the Capella Residences Seoul Club in Hannam-dong, has featured sessions on humanities, art, asset management and wellness. Speakers have included architect Seung H-Sang, data analyst Song Gil-young and Kim Eun-ji, an MBC bureau director.

The Owners Experience has added more practical outings, including a hike accompanied by mountaineer Um Hong-gil and a dining event with chef Edward Lee. Lotte plans to introduce further programs, including Owners Premium, a space-rental service within the complex, and Owners Salon, a small-group social platform.

Heonin Town Development is overseeing the project. Le El Upper House is being built on an approximately 185,000-square-meter site in Naegok-dong, with green areas making up 40 percent of the land and a building coverage ratio of about 20 percent. The complex will have 222 homes ranging from 117 to 269.6 square meters, across three basement levels and three floors above ground. Construction is targeting move-in in 2027.
