Major, five soldiers martyred in Balochistan counter-terror operation

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the tragic loss of life during an area sanitization operation targeting elements of "Fitna al Hindustan," a term Pakistan uses to identify terrorist organizations it alleges are backed by India. This operation underscores the persistent security challenges faced in the region.

During the operation, a group of terrorists was located and engaged by troops. During [the] fire exchange, seven terrorists of Indian-backed Fitna al Hindustan were sent to hell.

During the intense exchange of fire, seven terrorists were neutralized, and a significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives was recovered. The ISPR statement highlighted the "ultimate sacrifice" made by the martyred personnel, naming the fallen heroes: Major Tauseef Ahmed Bhatti, Naik Fida Hussain, Sepoy Zakir Hussain, Sepoy Suhail Ahmed, and Sepoy Muhammad Ayaz. Their bravery in the face of a foreign-sponsored threat is a somber reminder of the sacrifices made to ensure national security.
