Man Dies as Truck Crashes Into House Near Kragujevac

A fatal accident occurred in the village of Velike Pčelice, near Kragujevac, Serbia, when a truck loaded with wood lost control and crashed into a house. A man traveling as a passenger in the truck died in the incident, which happened around 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The truck reportedly veered off the road, breached a fence, and entered the residence. The driver of the truck sustained serious injuries and was attended to by emergency medical services before being transported to the University Clinical Center in Kragujevac.

Six firefighters from the Kragujevac Emergency Situations Administration, along with two vehicles, responded to the scene. They assisted in the extraction of the trapped individuals and the truck from the damaged house. Fortunately, the house was unoccupied at the time of the crash, preventing further casualties.

Police are currently conducting an investigation at the site to determine the exact cause of the accident. Further details are expected to emerge once the on-site procedures are completed.
