Man with Knife Attacks Four in Vietnam's Hưng Yên Province; Child Injured

Hưng Yên province is reeling after a violent incident where a local man, Bùi Trung Mạnh, unleashed a knife attack on four individuals in Thư Vũ commune. The assault, which occurred on the evening of May 10th, left multiple victims with serious injuries, including a 3-year-old child who sustained multiple traumas. The attack targeted members of a family and a neighbor, stemming from what authorities initially described as a pre-existing conflict between Mạnh and Mr. Bùi Trung Thiều.
