These traumatic experiences have left lasting mental scars, leading to frequent anxiety and panic attacks. Becerra described the physical symptoms she experiences during these episodes, such as dizziness and nausea, which she identifies as manifestations of anxiety. She shared that these are ongoing struggles, describing them as "mental sequelae" from the losses.

For example, I feel like my blood pressure drops because I start to get dizzy or start to feel nauseous, but it's part of the anxiety attack.

Throughout these difficult times, her partner, J Rei, has become her primary source of support. Becerra emotionally expressed how J Rei not only provides comfort but also actively assists her when she experiences symptoms of anxiety or panic. She highlighted his preparedness, mentioning how he carries a heavy backpack containing medical equipment like a blood pressure monitor and oximeter, specifically for her well-being.
