Maribel Guardia praises Arantza, the singer who spoke of her closeness with Julián Figueroa

Mexican actress Maribel Guardia holds a high opinion of singer Arantza, who has spoken about her close friendship with Guardia's late son, Julián Figueroa. Arantza claimed that Figueroa had attempted to flirt with her after she invited him to her interview program, an occasion that sparked their connection.

Guardia, speaking at the Mexico City airport with her husband Marco Chacón, was questioned about her ex-daughter-in-law Imelda Garza Tuñón's comments regarding Figueroa's alleged infidelity with Arantza. Guardia expressed that, from her perspective as a mother, her son Julián was a noble and respectful man, despite his known struggles with substance abuse. "For me, my son, as you will understand, is my angel, he was a boy with many qualities and many defects, like all people but, Julián was a very noble and respectful man," she stated.

Arantza is a beautiful woman, very talented, I know that Julián went to an interview, to sing, but I, this is the first time I hear about that, I wouldn't have tolerated Julián telling me about infidelity or anything, because I don't accept that from a man or a woman.

Guardia also shared her positive views on Arantza, describing her as "a beautiful woman, very talented." She acknowledged that Julián had attended an interview to sing but stated it was the first she had heard of any flirtatious behavior.
