Martin Baturina scores and assists as Como beat Napoli

Martin Baturina produced a standout performance in Naples, scoring one goal and creating another as Como beat Napoli 2-1 away.

The Croatia international opened the scoring in the 17th minute. He turned sharply inside Napoli’s penalty area before placing a shot from 12 meters into the lower-left corner beyond goalkeeper Alex Meret.

Napoli equalized through Rasmus Højlund in the 30th minute. Four minutes later, Baturina pressured Amir Rrahmani inside the home penalty area, and the ball fell to Tasos Douvikas, who scored the goal that secured Como’s victory.

Baturina left the match in the 58th minute, when Ivan Smolčić came on. Como now have four points, while Napoli have three. Milan and Juventus lead the standings with six points each.
