Matthei Criticizes Transfer of Bus Corridors to Public Works Ministry and Highlights Bío Bío’s Rare-Earth Potential

Former presidential candidate Evelyn Matthei criticized the transfer of bus corridors to Chile’s Public Works Ministry, warning that the state would take much longer than the concession system.

During a recent visit to the Bío Bío region for an Irade business meeting, Matthei also emphasized the area’s potential to become a mining region because of its rare-earth resources.
