The Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) recently transformed its recreational area into a vibrant hub of digital competition, hosting a dynamic two-day Gaming Championship on June 9 and 10, 2026. The event, a collaboration between MCBS's Department of Student Affairs, RedBull Mobile, and the Omani e-sports company Squad UP, attracted a significant turnout of over 80 participants.

Students and gaming enthusiasts from across the Muscat region converged for the championship, engaging in competitive gameplay and digital entertainment. The event highlighted the burgeoning popularity of gaming and e-sports among young people, serving as a platform for developing creativity, teamwork, digital skills, and fostering friendly competition.
