Following the World Cup final, Lionel Messi returned to his native Rosario, Argentina, arriving early Tuesday morning. He traveled from the Rosario International Airport to his family residence in Funes via a 2026 Toyota Hiace Wagon. The vehicle, a 10-passenger model equipped with a 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine and a six-speed automatic transmission, provided ample space for Messi, his wife Antonela Roccuzzo, and their three sons: Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro.

The Toyota Hiace Wagon, measuring 5.30 meters long, 1.99 meters wide, and 1.97 meters high, offered significant interior capacity, accommodating the family and their luggage for the transfer. This utility vehicle allowed the entire Messi family to travel together from the airport directly to their home at the Kentucky Club de Campo in Funes, part of Greater Rosario.
