Mexico City donates two plots to IMSS Bienestar to strengthen health services

The Government of Mexico City has officially donated two plots of land to IMSS Bienestar, the decentralized public body of Mexico's Ministry of Health. This initiative aims to bolster health services within the Gustavo A. Madero and Iztapalapa mayoralties.

The first property is situated at Calle 1513, Number 58, in the San Juan de Aragón 6ta sección neighborhood of Gustavo A. Madero. This plot covers an area of 102 square meters. The second donated site is located at the corner of Villa Buena de Alava and Villa Federal, in the Desarrollo Urbano Quetzalcóatl neighborhood of Iztapalapa, spanning a larger area of 1,456 square meters.

These transfers were formalized in the Official Gazette on Friday. The donations are made on a gratuitous basis, meaning no payment is involved, directly supporting the expansion and improvement of public health infrastructure. The move is expected to enhance the capacity of IMSS Bienestar to provide essential healthcare services to residents in these populous districts of the capital.
