Mexico Names Squad for U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland

The Mexican U-20 Women's National Team is set to compete in the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland, with the tournament scheduled from September 5 to 27.

Coach Doriva Bueno has selected a 21-player roster for the competition. Mexico, nicknamed 'El Tri,' has been drawn into Group A alongside host nation Poland, Argentina, and Benin. Their opening match is against Benin at the Arena Katowice.

Among the notable players called up are Alice Soto of Rayadas and Montserrat Saldívar of América. Both have significant experience in Mexico's Liga MX Femenil and have also represented the senior national team, making them key figures expected to bring leadership and experience to the young squad.
