Miami Fire Department Deputy Chief Chris Díaz described the profound impact of participating in earthquake rescue operations in Venezuela, recounting the successful mission to save a man trapped for eight days under rubble. Authorized by the U.S. Department of State, the team comprised rescuers, engineers, and medical personnel trained for international emergencies.
